Don't be fooled! Even when you Rent you may have to shovel.

Since last Saturday I have called Building Maintenance at least 16 times! No response.


So, since Monday I have been shoveling my way out...

I am making progress


Even my sneakers are covered in Snow!


God only knows what my car looks like at this point.

I need some advice here. What do you do with a tenant who insists on staying downstairs to smoke rather than utilizing an enclosed, heated, smoker accomodating, porch? The landlord/maintenance guy was exhausted from shoveling out the tenants vehicle to shovel his patio I guess.

Next he'll post on Yelp with all the other whiners.....
