Annoying urging from me: just add 10% to weekly long run and Bingo, you're ready for a 26.2 mile marathon & I'll be at the finished line.....just once in your life....maybe u can persuade Nicole Elizabeth to join you as she's slowly back to running after Christopher arrived May 30.....has done a 13 miler....
