So Mauras' only concern was"it is not Open Concept!" Poppy told Maura not to worry. Poppy said he will knock down three walls, remove the Popcorn ceiling, do fresh paint and new floors, re-do the Powder Room, create an Exercise Room and a Patio where you can sip Wine & entertain friends and also put in new Lighting! But! Poppy told Maura it could cost at least $2500 Dollars!
Why not let Poppy move in and Maura live with Mom until the place is complete.... Poppy will probably be lonely and find it hard to sleep and likely will need a Guinness or four to get sleepy every night. But, somebody's gotta do it and Poppy, being the only one retired with time on his hands, will likely volunteer anyway.
How about if we have a major sporting event without Referees, Umpires, Judges or Stewards? I Love that a 65 to one shot did ...
