Just listened to his presentation and I agree with most of the content. What's disappointing is his emphasis on the cause, i.e., corporations & parents. Saying that seems to reinforce their frustrations and will continue unless they comprehend that anything they achieve or don't achieve in life is/will be their responsibility. No more trophies and maybe no attaboys but, if you're learning the ways of the world, then it's time to strap on responsibility and say, "if it's to be (in my life) then it's up to me..." His example of the mountain is excellent.....fast or slow, you've still got to climb the mountain.....
