When looking for a new house, always check the basement/cellar first. Good stone or cement walls provide quiet muffled space for young rockers to develop. If you can find a used bass drum, all the better.
in case you missed my comment on FB, the young man playing guitar in this clip is Phil Joly. You may remember, Phil was in Chris' wedding. Today, Phil is a Grammy Award winning engineer/producer. His passion for audio production started in this same basement when he and I produced a home recording of his songs for his high school senior project. That simple experience peaked his interest and he went on to study audio production. Pretty cool.
How about if we have a major sporting event without Referees, Umpires, Judges or Stewards? I Love that a 65 to one shot did ...
