Why you cannot allow the public free access to public sites like High School tracks & Public Parks

Too many assholes will wreck the place!

I have visited Joshua Park. Not such an interesting place. Pretty much nothing there

but rocks, sand & some trees.

But apparently some A-holes trashed the place...

And of course some people are blaming P. Trump for the damage.
