Given the opportunity when he was young, Michael would've 'knocked them dead' as a comedy actor. He was a natural who just enjoyed being funny with his imitations, his body movements, his inflections and his big smiling countenance. Entertaining was so naturally enjoyable for Michael. Imagine if he sang too (of course with Brother Eddie by his side). Just think, how many times in life were you talking with Michael and you did not laugh at some point? The last seven months excluded. I watched him for 70 years and remember him with his St. Ambrose guys, Joe Keller, Joe Gavin, Bernie Black, etc. and they were always laughing hysterically at Michael's imitations, jokes and cut ups....a gift to us all. Heaven must be a funny place now.
