How do I break this to ya Pea? Hmmm. The key to all this is in the word “ earn”. To “ earn” means you are gainfully employed at a “ job”. Gov. Wolf has declared sitting around in sweatpants watching Netflix is NOT a job. Go buy some cat food; I hear it tastes like Aldi tuna.
