In Pittsburgh & Philadelphia the city disposes of your trash. It's included in your property taxes.
There are no private contractors to choose from. Why would these two men stand by & watch this woman
empty her trash cans into the truck when they said they were too heavy?
There has to be more to this story...
And why has the city of Pittsburgh not responded?
