Imagine all of current/past inhabitants of earth. Now, consider how many have ever run as fast any of these guys. The analyst says, 'if you're over 21 seconds, you can't even consider this class of runners. Only one winner and we never even identify the others. Very Very exclusive class of runners. PS: and no participation trophies. Whewww...
