Molly learned of a house for sale right around the corner from Mom & Dad,
made an offer to the sellers a week earlier than the scheduled Open House
and gosh darn it!
Molly now owns a new Home...
Molly, "when you see an opening go for it"...
There will be No Open House next Sunday
