What is altitude sickness?
If you’ve ever hiked up a mountain and felt yourself getting nauseous or lightheaded, you may have experienced altitude sickness, also called mountain sickness. This condition happens when you travel to a high altitude (elevation) too quickly.
It doesn’t happen only to hikers. Just visiting a high-altitude location can cause problems for some. Symptoms happen when your body tries to adjust to the lower air pressure and lower oxygen levels at high altitudes.

I LOVE LOVE this woman. How genuine can one person be? Courageous, ambitious, honest, integrity personified and very likeable. Our world has some extraordinary characters, who we might pass by every single day, anonymously. It's not for everyone, or for even too many people, but what a life she is having. Ingenuity/resourcefulness/enthusiasm is overflowing, and, as she asks, "for what"? Only she understands, and that's the beauty. No one is following her, no support wagon coming up, and how many people even know who she is. A truly solo performer. Whenever she finishes her adventures will she suffer a depression, or a sense of emptiness? How many people will even care to listen, when she's finished? Will she intimidate others? Well, she has my admiration 2X.
Eva is fearless & that sometimes scares me
