BBQ King or Queen

In your household who does the BBQ'ing; Man or Woman? Why? TV overwhelmingly shows men manning the grille (pun intended) but is that the way it is in your house? If you DON'T own a grille why not? Oh yeah, gas or charcoal?

I've always wondered the same thing. To think that suddenly I'm responsible for the steak, chicken...whatever that guests will eat (or my own family, for that matter) makes no sense. How-some-ever, that being said, I will say that I do the grillin' and ever since I've gotten "The Q" from Weber, I do a pretty damn good job. Chicken, flank steak, and a burger are the specialties. Eat at your own risk if I try something else.

Other than 1 son-in-law I know, men tend to be one dimensional and can cook only 1 thing at a time; meat. Don't ask me to cook a veggie and have it done at the same time as the meat, you gotta be kiddin'. And you better like your meat cooked the way I know how to cook it, medium well. Too much to watch if you want it rare, med/rare or well done. Potatoes? Not unless you want the meat cold and the spuds are baked only. One thing at a time. Meat. Fire. Good.

While Slim feigns a lack of interest in cooking, truth is he can whip-up a mean chili-cheese nacho dip.

I seen it.

YO WEIRDOS, what is it with this guy Weber? Take it from me... Go to "Big K", Get one of those hibachis, throw some of those charcoal thingys in there, zap it with that lighter fluid (the more the better) and light it up. Nothing is better and you'll hear from all your neighbors about the great cookout youmust have had. p.s. After lighting fluid please grab wife and place between you and grill. You have to finish cookin' remember.

What's the Q from Weber? Would Weber be that Bowling Guy? Wouldn't surprise me since George Foreman now owns FOREMAN MILLS!!! if only Foreman had gotten into Grills, I may have bought one...oh well.
