Jason had his fourth knee operation on the 20th of this month. Thus, he was "home alone" on Wednesday. The Dad calls..."everything ok?"
No problem, is the response.
- are you hungry?
- No, I just ate
- What did you eat?..."EGGS"... What kind of Eggs?
- WAWA Eggs...
- ???, I mean scrambled, over Easy, Fried, Sunny side up? what kind of Eggs ?
- "I microwaved them, added some Hot Sauce & put them on a Bagel
- It's like an eggMcMuffin..."

I just discovered liquid eggs. They cut down the prep time - I only eat omlets or scrambled - and they taste the same to me. Maybe I'll put the carton in the microwave and see what happens. Jason, maybe you've already done that?
Such a sad, sad story. JasonPea- next time you're "home alone" let me know...I'll come by and show you how a real egg is prepared!
