You probably saw this story about Robin Roberts' kids auctioning off his collection of memorabilia. I've never been big on that kind of stuff but I just don't know if I could auction off my Dad's stuff. Hell, I don't have anything of my Dad's anyway so, if I had anything I think I'd keep it.
Anyway, what do you think? Do you buy the explanation from his oldest son Robin that they couldn't decide how to split it up? Does this strike you as a little sad?

Robin Roberts Memorabilia Auction - your opinion?
You probably saw this story about Robin Roberts' kids auctioning off his collection of memorabilia. I've never been big on that kind of stuff but I just don't know if I could auction off my Dad's stuff. Hell, I don't have anything of my Dad's anyway so, if I had anything I think I'd keep it.
Anyway, what do you think? Do you buy the explanation from his oldest son Robin that they couldn't decide how to split it up? Does this strike you as a little sad?

I never knew he had four sons. I think both Sam & Jason played on Teams coached by Robbie, Jr. He was a nice guy. I think, maybe, they need the Cash. At least that is what most people are going to think.
By the way, I saw this asked in the comment section today. How did Robbie get a 2008 World Series Ring?
I don't get it..there has to be a financial crisis in the family, is my guess...
Maybe they just want all of his stuff. What does one do with things left behind when their parents die?
