Philly has a problem with "Flash Mobs" & Mayor Nutter had this to say about that...

Nutter said the response plan would be unveiled the week of Aug. 8, after his scheduled return from vacation. He said the plan would "consider enforcement options, prosecution, social response, counseling and neighborhood outreach.

    • that'll solve the Problem...all they need is a little counseling & neighborhood outreach, among other things.. LIBERALS!

Pea: And what pray tell would the all knowing flawless benevolent conservtives do to solve the 'flash mob' problem? Seems there must be a more superior concept for solving this problem that has somehow eluded everyone on the left. I beg you to reveal the right wing solution that has been overlooked by "the left/liberals". Mass execution must be eliminated from consideration due to the annoying concept of civility and a thorny set of laws about one mob solving the problem of the first mob.... Please, speak Pea, outline the plan.

The answer to "Flash Mobs"...when Frank Rizzo was Mayor Phila had 149 Mounted Police. Today we have 4 (FOUR)!
Maybe you Liberals read in the Inky that they are bringing back the Mounted Police...but they are still 2 years away...Meanwhile, HARLEY Mounted Police will also deter Flash Mobs! The Mayor never should have allowed the Mounted Police to go to Pasteur...Pasture...Pastor...out in The Fields!!!
