Scotty is a well built guy
he has a 6 pack, I have seen it!
Yet, he looks strangled in the suit. And crotch wrinkles?
What reputable Tailor would allow crotch wrinlkles!
And I won't even mention the brown shoes w/ a gray suit...
nor the pockets with an upward slant?

When did he purchase that suit? Where? Looks like a SALE item in a So. Carolina PX. Tailoring by Gomer.....every Officer should have one Blue Blazer, one dark blue quality suit and one sport coat w/ black or cordovan shoes.
The people that work for the blog have all said they have researched it...but have not been able to find even one photo of Captain Rowan in Full Dress uniform!
