Peaceful, spiritual, tough minded, unrattled, loving, generous, selfless, devoted, etc. etc.
Oh yeah, sometimes makes the greatest Irish Soda breads and wraps them in cutesy ways.... to be devoured shortly after presentation. Personally, I prefer the one with seeds, but either one is enjoyable, whenever they arrive......whenever......Love her......
