I worked in most of those 10 neighborhoods. I was rarely in West, SW or Germantown. I was a cop in Nicetown/Tioga, North Philly. UPS delivery in #1 Kensington and N. Philly. PGW I worked in every one of those hoods. SO GLAD we took our kids out of Philly. Sad to say.
How about if we have a major sporting event without Referees, Umpires, Judges or Stewards? I Love that a 65 to one shot did ...
